1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the ph998 platform (hereinafter "the Platform," "ph998," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and ph998. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account.

If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not register or use the Platform. ph998 is not responsible for your compliance with local laws, and you agree to indemnify ph998 against any claims arising from your violation of local gambling laws.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation: To access real-money gaming services on ph998, you must register a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting" or "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. ph998 employs sophisticated detection methods, including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and payment method analysis, to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are discovered, ph998 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all transactions, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit account balances without prior notice.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. All activities conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activities. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

Deposits: You may fund your ph998 account using any of the supported payment methods displayed on the Platform, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank), Coins.ph, and select cryptocurrency options. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise indicated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. ph998 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, for which ph998 is not responsible.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. Standard withdrawal processing time is ten (10) to twenty (20) minutes for GCash and Maya during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM PHT), and up to forty-eight (48) hours for bank transfers. All withdrawal requests are subject to AML screening. You agree that funds deposited into your account must originate from legitimate sources and must be in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or unverifiable sources may be rejected and returned. ph998 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

Wagering Requirements: Certain bonuses, promotions, and free credits are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, if applicable, will be clearly stated in the terms of the specific promotion. You agree to review and comply with all bonus terms before accepting promotional offers. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

The ph998 name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of ph998. Unauthorized use of any ph998 trademark or logo is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement, subject to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph998, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers (collectively, "ph998 Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

ph998's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your ph998 account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱5,000), whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph998 Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (d) any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ph998.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph998 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of ph998's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

ph998 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In the event of account termination, you will forfeit any remaining account balance, pending withdrawals, and unused bonuses, except where prohibited by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to verification and AML compliance checks.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or, if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph998 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
